Setup a Support PIN

A Support PIN is a number or phrase we use to verify the support ticket is from you.

We will ask for your Support PIN whenever you open a support ticket, email, or phone us. Support will only be provided with a verified PIN.

How do I create a new Support PIN?
Login to My Account and click on the Profile tab. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page. Add a  new PIN or phrase and save your changes. Or access here:

Where do I find my support PIN? 
Once setup, you will find your Support PIN at the bottom of the My Account and Profile pages.

Add your Support PIN, from the Account > Profile page.
Once your Support PIN is updated, you will also see it on the Account Dashboard.
