Common Questions

All our hosting services are manually provisioned within one business day (Pacific Time). We aim to setup your new account as soon as possible!  

Your hosting information will be sent to you via a support ticket. Please check your spam folder. 

You can access cPanel by simply typing /cpanel or :2083 at the end of your domain:

yourdomain.com/cpanel
yourdomain.com:2083

If your domain is not yet resolved, you can access cPanel here:

We monitor support Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time. Support is also monitored outside of business hours. Please be patient as we may be in a different time zone than you.

Please note, all support tickets, emails, or phone calls, require a verified Support PIN (see section below). 

A Support PIN is a number or phrase we use to verify the support ticket is from you. 

We will ask for your Support PIN whenever you open a support ticket, email, or phone us. Support will only be provided with a verified PIN. 

How do I create a new Support PIN?
Login to My Account and click on the Profile tab. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page. Add a  new PIN or phrase and save your changes. Or access here:

Where do I find my support PIN? 
Once setup, you will find your Support PIN at the bottom of the My Account and  Profile pages.

1. To cancel your hosting, login to My Account, and click on the Hosting Plans tab.  

2. Click on the View button, of the plan you want to cancel. Then click on the blue Cancel button.

3. You’ll be directed to the cancel hosting page. Fill in the details for your cancellation. Then click on the Send Cancellation button.
